Telephone bookings will remain firm, provided that we receive your confirmation booking form and the deposit within five working days. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received, therefore all bookings should be mailed to us by First Class Post.
Please complete, sign and return this booking form together with the deposit.
If the booking is made one month or more before the date of your holiday, the deposit due is £100 per week. The final payment is due one month fbefore the start of your holiday and no reminder will be sent.
If the booking is made less than one month before your holiday starts, the full amount is due.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send acknowledgemnet and directions showing you how to reach the cottage.
Would you please inform us of your estimated time of arrival if not between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. If you are unavoidably delayed, please telephone us.
The cottage sleeps 5/6 people - anyone exceeding this number without prior arrangement, will be asked to vacate the premises.
When you sign the booking form you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you cancel your holiday, you automatically lose your deposit. We strongly advise you to take out insurance.
